By using LaunchCraft's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
LaunchCraft provides website design, hosting, maintenance, and related services. Our standard packages (Starter, Essentials, and Growth) are once-off builds. After the build, R199/month covers hosting and maintenance, starting 30 days after the site goes live.
Custom projects and bespoke work are quoted separately and governed by a separate agreement.
We occasionally run limited-time promotions where qualifying businesses receive a free website build. Where applicable, the terms of that promotion are clearly stated at the time of signup. The R199/month hosting and maintenance fee still applies.
Payments are processed by PayFast. LaunchCraft does not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise PayFast to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If a payment fails, we will notify you. After 3 consecutive failed payments, your subscription may be suspended.
If a hosting payment fails and remains unpaid, we may suspend your website after notifying you. Your site can be reactivated upon payment. We will always give notice before suspending.
You own your domain name and all content you provide (text, images, logos). The website itself is also yours — the monthly fee is for hosting, not ownership. If you cancel, your content files and built website are available for you to take elsewhere. LaunchCraft retains the right to display the website in our portfolio while it remains live.
The once-off build fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-month, the remaining days are not refunded.
If we are unable to deliver your website within a reasonable timeframe due to our own fault, we will refund any hosting fees paid during that delay.
After cancellation, we retain your account data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Your domain is not affected.
LaunchCraft's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
